There and Back Again

Snake River Overlook, Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming

Returning to the same location again and again can really be benefit to nature photographers.  Yes, sometimes you end up posting several photos from that location but it's okay.  The point really is to see how dramatic nature can change from day to day or in some cases minute by minute.

Snake River Overlook, Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming

These images are from the Snake River Overlook in the Grand Teton National Park.  It was made famous by Ansel Adams many years ago.  This overlook has since grown up but the view is still breath taking, like pretty much anywhere you look in the Grand Teton's.  If you are lucky enough to be in a place for vacation more than a few days absolutely consider going back to the same location in different conditions.

Out of the two images you see on this post which do you prefer and why?
